How long is the contract? 

The initial contract is generally for 6 weeks. If the property does not sell during this period, the contract can be extended on a weekly or monthly basis. Our statistics show that 81% of sold properties sell within 6-8 weeks.

Can we use some of our own items? 

We are happy to work within your budget and to integrate your items where possible when styling. If we don’t think they will work, we will be honest, but the decision is ultimately yours. Our aim will always be to create the most appealing space to your buyers.

How much do you charge? 

Every property is different in style and size. In a small property market like Toowoomba it is important that the houses we style all look unique otherwise it defeats the purpose of styling. Each home has to look memorable. For this reason we do not have set packages. Prices tend to start at about $2500 where there is a hire component. We prefer to spend the time to look at your property and give you an accurate price within 24-48 hours; there is never any obligation to proceed. Our quotes are free of charge. We encourage you to arrange a quote, so you have the correct figures to budget for your sales campaign. We encourage vendors to ask themselves not, “can we afford to style?” but “can we afford not to?” It will make you money.

How do you select pieces for my home? 

During our initial consultation we look at the property’s positive points and it’s negatives. We will consider the price point, target market, current trends and then put together a cohesive look that takes all of the above into consideration. We own art, linen, lighting, rugs and other accessories, but we also have suppliers that we hire from to keep our look unique and current. Working in a relatively small market like Toowoomba it is imperative that the homes we style stand out. For this reason we don’t just use local suppliers we also use Brisbane suppliers.

Can you provide a styling service with no hire component? 

We are happy to help vendors sell their homes, we understand if budgets do not allow for hiring. Our quotes are free of charge, so we are happy to help out, just contact us directly.
