1) Appraisal

A mutually suitable time is made to meet at the property; this is so we can discuss your vision and come up with a concept that is tailor made for the style and size of the house.

2) Proposal

After our appointment we will prepare and email to you your unique proposal, with the concept, your quote and our Terms and Conditions.

3) Source

On accepting our proposal and concept, by signing the required paperwork, we then source all the required pieces.

4) Payment 

We require payment 5 working days prior to installation.

5) Install 

When we receive the sourced items, we will confirm a time to install them at your property. You can expect one or two stylists and potentially a truck depending on the scale of the project. The process takes anywhere from 4 hours to a full day depending on the size of the property.
