1) Appointment

A mutually suitable time is made to meet at the property; this is so we can come up with a concept that is tailor made for the style and size of the house and to ascertain the target market.

2) Proposal

Within 1-2 working days of our appointment we will prepare and email to you your unique proposal (we sometimes include a to do list), your quote and our Terms and Conditions.

3) Booking 

On accepting our proposal by signing the required paperwork we then confirm the date of the install. Typically we install the day prior or day of photography. For the best results we prefer 1-2 weeks notice.

4) Payment 

We require payment 5 working days prior to installation.

5) Install 

By the day of install we require the property to be ready and any preparations on the to do list to be done. This is the day it all happens. We will confirm the time of our arrival and make arrangements to have access to the property. You can expect one or two stylists, and a truck. We do prefer our clients to see the property when have finished styling to get the full impact. The process takes anywhere from 4 hours to a full day depending on the size of the property.

6) Removal of furniture

Upon the sale of your property or one week prior to the contract expiry we will be in touch to arrange a collection time.
